| STEP 5: Choose Freight and Payment method. (For a STEP 4: Fill out your Address details.( For or "ADD TO QUOTE" button once you have chosen a QUOTE, type "QUOTE ONLY" in the QUOTE choose COD in "PAY WITH" drop down menu.) Then Click Continue. |
